The Creative Center of Scottsdale is a 4,000 square foot shared working space for messy artists of all kinds. From painting to stained glass window making, sculpture, photography and beyond, the building offers private studio options and open working spaces.
AMENITIES
The Creative Center of Scottsdale offers full access to a variety of amenities including free Wifi, a kitchenette, storage lockers and a drying rack pulley station for artists to dry and display their work.

We offer affordable creative spaces for those creatives looking for a place to express themselves that gets them out of their spare bedrooms and off their dining room tables.
Our ideal customer is the messy artists that works with their hands.

We designed The Center to be a flexible and collaborative space that meets your needs in the moment.
OUR HISTORY
Formerly Mandall's Shooting Supplies store with an underground shooting gallery, we repurposed the building while giving a nod to the iconic space:
Original shipping containers have taken on a new life and were transformed into a table and bar chairs
Historic handmade filing cabinets were reworked into lockers for artist supplies
The old address letters are now used by artists to make up fun sayings on their metal word wall
Shooting tubes now house beer kegs

SHARED WORKSPACES
Shared workspaces include a 10x10 foot space, storage locker and access to all building amenities. Spaces are $400 per month.

PRIVATE WORKSPACES
Private workspaces include a 150 square foot space for $550 per month and a 235 square foot space for $755 per month. Includes access to all building amenities.
